🎯 Job Objective
The Financial Analyst will drive the company’s financial, economic, and strategic analysis to support critical executive decision-making. You will contribute heavily to corporate administration, project monitoring, and sales performance analysis to optimize profitability, business development, and overall company growth.
📝 Key Responsibilities & Activities
1. Financial Analysis & Reporting
Conduct comprehensive financial and economic analyses of the company.
Develop dynamic dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyze corporate costs, margins, investments, and overall profitability.
Assist in crafting annual budgets, financial forecasts, and high-level reports for management.
2. Budgetary Management & Management Control
Ensure strict budgetary monitoring of company activities and special projects.
Control budget variances, identify gaps, and propose corrective actions.
Rigorously monitor cash flow specifically related to ongoing projects.
3. Business Administration
Participate in refining and improving administrative and financial procedures.
Contribute to optimizing company resources and standardizing administrative workflows.
Handle the administrative monitoring of contracts, agreements, and financial commitments.
Assist in the preparation of both internal and external corporate audits.
4. Project Management & Monitoring
Lead financial planning, risk assessments, and budget development for new projects.
Track project costs, deadlines, and resource allocation.
Produce detailed project monitoring reports and actively participate in steering/coordination meetings.
5. Business Development & Tenders
Conduct market research and sector analyses to identify new growth opportunities.
Prospect for and develop new strategic business partnerships.
Participate in preparing technical and financial bids, responding to calls for tenders, and evaluating the profitability of business opportunities before commitment.
🎓 Candidate Profile & Requirements
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in financial and accounting analysis, budget management, and management control.
Proven experience in profitability analysis, cash management, and business plan development.
Deep mastery of OHADA accounting standards.
Excellent proficiency in administrative management, process optimization, and project planning.
Advanced Excel skills (expert command of pivot tables, complex formulas, and dashboards).
